• Same-Day Deadline: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.
• Delivery Windows: We offer two convenient windows: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Mid-day) or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Evening).
• Service Area: We serve select ZIP codes across the DMV region, including D.C., Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring, and surrounding areas.
• Cost: A flat rate of $35 applies to all local courier deliveries.

Nationwide Overnight Shipping (U.S.)

For clients outside the DMV area, we provide reliable overnight shipping across the United States.

• Schedule: To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Thursday.
• Weekend Policy: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday arrival. This prevents your caviar from sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.
• Carrier: We partner with premium carriers (FedEx/UPS Overnight) to guarantee next-day arrival.
• Tracking: You will receive a real-time tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is en route.
