The Beluga Sturgeon Caviar is extracted from a hybrid of Huso Huso a type of Beluga fish and Acipenser Baeri a type of sturgeon fish. Sourced from organically farmed clean freshwater hybrids that are fed with organic food only free from hormones, pesticides, and antibiotics.

The beluga sturgeon caviar is one of the best hybrid combinations on the market and ranks first in terms of nutritional value and taste. The color of beluga sturgeon caviar eggs varies from light gray to dark gray, with each egg roughly reaching the size of 3.5mm.
